How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for deliveries within Europe and 10 to 21 business days for international deliveries. We ship to every country in the world.Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.

Incorrect Address
Shipping address can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties
 If you are an international customer outside of Europe, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. Please check with the local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided. If your package is unclaimed or you refuse to pay your duties, no refund will be given.
